Delivery policy

We take pride in sending floral arrangements fresh and on time.

Delivery locations

We deliver across the United States, to residential and commercial addresses. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 2 PM local time.

Delivery times

  • Our standard delivery window is between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Sunday deliveries are offered in specific areas. Availability can be checked during checkout.
  • While we do our best to meet your requested delivery time, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Delivery fees

  • Delivery fees vary by destination and the type of delivery you select.
  • Express and same-day delivery are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

Delivery confirmation

After a successful delivery, we send an email confirmation. For a business address, please make sure someone is there to accept the delivery.

Failed deliveries

If the first attempt fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. An additional fee may apply.

Return policy

Your satisfaction matters. Because flowers are perishable, returns are not accepted after an order has been delivered. If an arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds and replacements

  • We offer a refund or a replacement when a product arrives damaged or does not meet quality expectations.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the arrangement when you can.

Order cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. A later cancellation may include a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day orders must be canceled within one hour of placing the order.

Substitutions

A flower or container is sometimes unavailable because of the season. In that case we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with an order, tell us and we will work to resolve it.
