Delivery
Chris Petals is an online flower delivery service. Independent local florists design and deliver orders near the recipient.
Delivery fee
Delivery is free on every order. The price shown for each size is the price for that size. A greeting card or chocolates, if you add them, are priced separately on the product page.
Same-day delivery
- Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday.
- Order before 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
- The recipient ZIP must still be open for that day. Enter the ZIP on the product page to see the date.
- Saturday and Sunday are not same-day. The next open date is shown after the ZIP is checked.
Who delivers
A florist partner near the recipient designs the arrangement and delivers it. Chris Petals coordinates the order and customer support. We do not arrange every bouquet in a single studio.
Delivery window
The florist delivers during the route for the date you choose. A requested time of day is a preference, not a guaranteed hour.
Address
The street address is entered at checkout. For a business, someone should be there to accept the delivery. If the first attempt fails because the address is wrong or no one is available, we will contact you. A second attempt can include an additional fee.
Substitutions
A flower or container may be substituted when the season requires it. The substitution is of equal or greater value. Deluxe matches the photo. Premium is a fuller version of the same design.
