These terms apply to orders placed on ChrisPetals.com.

The service

Chris Petals is an online flower delivery service. We coordinate orders with independent local florists. A florist partner near the recipient designs and delivers the arrangement. Chris Petals is not a single studio that arranges every order.

Orders and prices

The price next to each size is the price for that size. Delivery is free. Optional extras, such as a greeting card or chocolates, are priced on the product page and are not included unless you select them. Placing an order is an offer to buy that arrangement for delivery on the date shown at checkout.

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday when you order before 2:00 PM Eastern Time and the recipient ZIP is still open. The florist delivers during that day’s route. A specific hour is not guaranteed. Details are on the delivery page.

Substitutions

Flowers and containers vary with the season. A local florist may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Deluxe matches the photo. Premium is a fuller version of the same design.

Cancellations and refunds

Flowers are perishable. Returns are not accepted after delivery. Cancellation and refund rules are on the refunds and returns page.

Your information

Order details are used to fulfill the delivery and to support the order. How information is shared is described in the privacy policy.
